Application process

Application process - Munich Re

Upon receiving your application, we will send you a confirmation email or letter. The relevant contact person in Human Resources will check if your application contains all relevant Information. If we need additional information or if we have any initial questions, we will get in contact with you.

As a next step, we will carefully assess your qualification and experience and match them with the requirement profile of the open position. When we see a good match, you will take part in the further selection process.

The selection process usually comprises one or more interviews with the respective line manager. In the interviews, we are interested in learning more about your skills and experience but also your personality. For some positions there are specific selection procedures; for example for graduate trainee positions there is an assessment centre.

If you have successfully completed the selection process, you will be offered an employment contract.
