MetLife Gulf partners with Munich Re Automation Solutions to support ongoing digital transformation

MetLife Gulf has partnered with Munich Re Automation Solutions implementing ALLFINANZ to enable life insurance brokers, agents, and Bancassurance partners to provide a more streamlined service to their customers in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman.

This partnership places ALLFINANZ at the core of MetLife Gulf’s new Global Sales and Servicing Platform, M Power, which redefines the sales experience through advanced digital capabilities and enables sales teams to better manage the onboarding process and provide the best service to their customers.

In particular, MetLife Gulf’s use of ALLFINANZ will enable its life insurance brokers, agents, and Bancassurance partners to provide a faster and more efficient life insurance application experience to their customers, eliminating the need for unnecessary repeated interactions. Leveraging the underwriting software, they can retrieve all necessary consumer information required to provide a proposal within 24 hours, after a single conversation, reducing barriers to sale and improving customer experience.
