Global customer conferences
set for Singapore and Japan in May 2023
With the COVID-19 pandemic in the rear view mirror, we’re delighted to announce the return to our regional, face-to-face client conferences for the first time since 2019.
We’ll be hosting two events back-to-back in Asia in May at the Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills, Tokyo, Japan on 23 May and the JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach from 24 and 25 May.
Following this are events in Chicago late June, and Munich in September.
It’s great to be back meeting our customers face-to-face. These conferences are a unique opportunity for our digital services customers to come together to network, connect and share industry best practice. It’s also a timely opportunity for them to meet with and learn from our Munich Re technology, underwriting and data science experts, how artificial intelligence and machine learning can make next generation underwriting a reality for our customers.
We have planned these events to help our customers discover new strategies to drive innovation and transformation to meet evolving customer expectations as well as providing an update on our latest and future product and service innovations.
Customers can network and share knowledge with their peers from other life insurance companies and leverage best practices from our clients’ success stories.
The conference programmes will include presentations from senior product, technology, medical, underwriting and analytics experts at Munich Re and the topics under discussion include our product roadmap, Advancing the User End-to-End Experience, The Future of Cloud , Claims Automation, and Next Generation AI-Augmented Underwriting, amongst others.
