"Winds of Change" is in two languages (German and English) and is designed for 2-4 players.

Tactical game — "Winds of Change"

Floods, windstorms, and other natural catastrophes are increasing. For more than 30 years now, Munich Re has been studying the causes and connections of this development in its department Geo Risks Research. Its basic finding is that climate change is already taking place. The human race must act now. And precisely that is the message of "Winds of Change", a new tactical game designed to raise awareness of climate change and bring about the desperately needed change in behaviour.

It was developed by Munich Re in close cooperation with the European Climate Forum, a discussion platform for experts who have devoted, in some cases, years of intense work to the issue of climate change. The outcome of this cooperation is a tactical game that imparts sound knowledge in a lively and entertaining way — without moralising. Because, regardless of the high learning effect, the central aim of this challenging game is to provide fun.

In "Winds of Change", the players work together in an attempt to save the earth from the imminent threat of dying from heat exposure. And this depends to a large degree on their diplomatic skill, the choice of strategy, and whether they are willing to work together. Because if they are to win at all, they can only win together.
