Munich Re's 121st Annual General Meeting will be held at the ICM – International Congress Center Munich, on 17 April 2008.

The agenda will be published in mid-March in the electronic Bundesanzeiger (Federal Gazette). Shareholders entered in Munich Re’s shareholders’ register will be sent an invitation to the AGM at the end of March, together with the agenda and the registration forms. Shareholders who are already registered for electronic mailing of AGM documents will receive their invitation by e-mail.

You can exercise your voting rights at the Annual General Meeting either in person or by proxy provided that you register in time for the Annual General Meeting and that you are duly entered in the Company's register of shareholders. The deadline for registration – both in writing and online (shareholder portal) – is Thursday, 10 April 2008.
