Our remuneration policy is geared to enhancing our employees' willingness to perform, achieve and focus on the company's success. At Munich Re, various remuneration components are combined into a coherent package. An appropriate basic remuneration, bonuses and a variable salary component, also for non-exempt staff, are as much part of this package as are Munich Re's additional benefits, e.g. the company pension scheme.
