Reinsurance trainee programme for graduates - Training
The 18-month graduate trainee programme has a modular structure. In addition to on-the-job training in one home department, our trainees spend time in numerous seminars and in individually planned training assignments.
Let us assume that your home department is the unit servicing the Middle East and Egypt. This means that you learn all of the basics of the reinsurance business on the job: from risk portfolio assessment and treaty construction to pricing the insurance risks. In the course of the programme you take on more and more tasks yourself.
Your training is supplemented by the INTOP (intensive training and orientation programme) seminar programme and further individually planned assignments. In addition to training in your home unit, your personal programme might include e.g. the following elements:

You also meet with your colleagues in the graduate trainee programme regularly to exchange experiences.
