Notes on applying for the graduate trainee programme

Pre-selection begins after we have received your application. Selected candidates are invited to preliminary interviews. Based on this, applicants are invited to an individual half-day Assessment Centre with a colleague from Human Resources and one from a divisional unit respectively, which includes a brief presentation by the candidate, various exercises and an interview.

Candidates who successfully complete the individual Assessment Centre usually then have the option of starting the graduate trainee programme on the first working day of any of the three subsequent months.

Parallel to your graduate trainee application, you can apply for a direct hire position.
