How to join Munich Re

You can apply for both the graduate trainee programme and a specific opening. In this case, please clearly advise us of this in both applications to ensure that the entire process goes quickly.

Applying as a trainee

Please apply directly to the job advertisement on our online job market and answer all questions as completely as possible. This is the only way for us to assess your complete profile. Please also enclose your curriculum vitae and credentials (a total of two files, each five MB, PDF files are welcome).

If your application attracts the interest of our Human Resources and the respective department, you will be invited to a first interview. Successful candidates are then invited to attend an individual assessment centre. If this shows you have the right skills and personality, we will discuss when you can start with us. Entry at any time is possible in most cases.

Applying for direct entry

Please apply directly to the job advertisement on our online job market and answer all questions as completely as possible (clicking "apply online" in the job ad will open the form). This is the only way for us to assess your profile in detail. Please also enclose your curriculum vitae and credentials (a total of two files, each five MB, PDF files are welcome).

Your application will be reviewed by Human Resources and the department advertising the vacant position. If your profile meets our requirements, you will be invited to a selection interview.

Applying as a doctoral candidate
